The MC Companies properties featured are The Place at Fountains at Sun City located in Sun City, AZ and The Place at Savanna Springs located in Sierra Vista, AZ.

The Elite 1%  Properties List is a ranking of properties based on online reputation. In order for a community to be eligible for this ranking, properties must receive a minimum Online Reputation Assessment score of 88 and have a minimum of 15 online reviews from multiple review websites.

The Place at Fountains at Sun City is a 55+ Independent Senior Living apartment community that is a part of the MC After55 program. This program encompasses our age exclusive apartment communities that offer independent retirement living in Arizona, primarily for those over the age of 55. The Place at Savanna Springs is a multifamily apartment community located in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The community combines beautiful desert views with upscale floorplans to create a home that satisfies all who live there.
