The Sharing The Good Life Foundation operates out of The Founders Group corporate office located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our reach, however, extends far beyond our home office as we provide financial assistance to non-profit organizations in locations where The Founders Group are located. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and the daily activities are the responsibility of the Director of Philanthropy.
Lyn is Director of Philanthropy at Sharing The Good Life Foundation and has over 20 years of experience working with some of the biggest names in Arizona, including Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC), Arizona State University Foundation, Arizona School for the Arts, and Elevate International, Inc.
Freddie serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing extensive experience in the multifamily industry. Having worked her way through nearly every role, from Leasing to executive leadership, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the business to her leadership of the Accounting and Administration teams. Freddie is passionate about operational excellence, strong financial stewardship, and supporting the teams that drive success.
Connie serves as Property Director at The Place at Green Trails and is a longtime Houston resident. Growing up in a military family instilled in her a deep appreciation for community, connection, and the diversity that makes Houston special. Connie is passionate about giving back and takes pride in supporting an organization dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and the communities they call home.
Ricky brings extensive experience in the multifamily industry, with a career spanning roles from Porter and Maintenance Technician to Service Manager and Regional Service Manager. His background in construction and electrical work further strengthens his hands-on expertise and broad understanding of multifamily maintenance and operations. Ricky’s well-rounded experience allows him to bring valuable technical knowledge and practical insight to the SGL Board.

Ross is a Principal at The Founders Group with extensive experience in the development, construction, and management of multifamily communities and condominium conversion projects totaling more than $1 billion across Arizona, Oregon, and Nevada. A licensed general contractor, Ross has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as Chairman of the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, the Metropolitan Tucson Housing Commission, and the Arizona Housing Finance Authority Board. He currently serves on the Pima County Real Estate Research Council.
A strong believer in giving back, Ross is passionate about strengthening communities and inspiring others to make a difference. As a founder of The Sharing The Good Life Foundation, he leads by example in supporting meaningful causes and encouraging community involvement. His philanthropic efforts include supporting Abbie School for Autism and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
As one of the founders of The Founders Group, Patty played an instrumental role in the development, construction, and renovation of the company’s multifamily communities. An alumna of New Mexico State University, where she attended on a journalism scholarship, Patty brings a diverse background that includes interior design, real estate, and massage therapy. Her varied experiences and interests offer a unique perspective on Sharing The Good Life Foundation and its mission.
Patty believes in taking a holistic approach to life and giving back, recognizing the importance of supporting the whole person, both physically and spiritually. Her commitment to making a meaningful difference is reflected in her support of causes including multiple sclerosis, autism, cystic fibrosis, breast cancer, and the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Ken has built a distinguished career in real estate, with expertise spanning investment analysis, property management, acquisitions, and property development. With a track record of more than $750 million in real estate investments, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into building value and creating long-term success. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ken is passionate about philanthropy and giving back to the community. He has supported numerous charitable organizations, served on advisory boards for Childhelp and Arizona Food Banks, and chaired Autism Speaks Arizona’s annual walk. Ken currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC), continuing his commitment to causes that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
