Annually, Republic Media’s custom publishing department partners with Best Companies Group and they survey Arizona Employers from a broad range of industries and sizes. The goal is to hold Arizona businesses to the highest standards and recognize those companies who achieve this day in and day out. Various questions are asked about the workplace environment, then the results are collected and analyzed every year for The Top Companies Report.
MC Companies can attribute their recognition to different initiatives they have implemented into the daily work life. One of these initiatives is the Development Summit. Every year, MC Residential Communities host a three-day summit where employees interact and learn how to grow not only as employees, but also as people. A few other initiatives include, health, fitness, and meditation classes that come with a personal trainer for employees are taught during work hours.
Throughout the year, a common trend at MC Companies is encouraging and recognizing peers. To give employees that extra incentive to work a little harder and be a little kinder, the employee who has demonstrated teamwork and forward thinking attitudes is given the “MC Hero Award” which comes along with a $500 reward.
All of these initiatives and trends are geared towards philanthropic efforts and a positive work environment, which is the standard practice at MC Companies. This starts at the top with the executive team and trickles down throughout the whole company, making MC Companies one of the best companies to work for in the valley.
